I've booked a ticket in mandore express(12461 from Delhi to Jaipur) ,its current status is W/L 15,PQWL .I am not aware of what PQWL is.I usually book tickets in this train.Ticket having GNWL 10 or more are not cleared usually.Do i have better chances or less chances for my ticket to be confirmed,having current status as W/L 15,PQWL?
