This is one of the long pending and much awaited project for Odisha. Though, works from KUR side has been progressed well. But from Bolangir side, it's poor.

Once KUR-BLGR line will be doubled, then KUR will be more congested stn. ECoR should plan new lines, yards and an ELS for both P7 & G9 locomotives.
Old steam shed can re-furbished.
