when maintanence is done daily at jbp(wcr) how can train belong to secr?

When at 5.00 Am of howbagh station ( who is 100 % ng station which maintain coaches) 10001 satpura rake went to JBP jn (WCR) it halt 10 min here then loco reversal was done at JBP !! again satpura come Howbagh station !! and after 5 min halt and crossing with 58871 BTC-JBP passenger it depart towards balaghat !!!! madan mahal is ist station of JBP- ET section towards ET who is pure BG station :)
