There is heavy demand from BZa to Vskp section for Janmabhoomi both in GS and ACC which cannot be addressed by Uday or VB which are operated in different time zone. When they are 3ACC in JB ICF the quota is allocated upto Sattenpalli more which used to be in Current avbl in weekdays in ACC , GS but GNT Vskp section always in WL.

In JB travellers of ACC don't travel upto Vskp to upgrade to VB and their number from and to Vskp is less. Most travelers from LPi SC get down from Eluru to Samalkot that's the reason you get empty seats in ACC when u board in between though the WL is high.

Yes. JB has its own unique base to serve, UDAY with a proper departure from VSKP could have reduced load on JB but unfortunately it couldn't.
