Subject to matter of train departure time at Katni Murwara (KMZ ) Utkal express date-26.10.2012
I am surprised and worry, when Train departure before time as shedule then who is responsible ? when passenger left train according departur before time,as example- Kalinga Utkal express departure time 22.55, but shedule time 23.10

as per schedule time table train arrived time 23.10 at Katni Murwara( KMZ) but on this date train arrived 22.40 and departure on 22.55, So asking with why why why do then railways with passanger , means many passanger did not catch this train .
