create new TL & enter halt note as follow :
"Experimental halt for the period of six months w.e.f. 26.02.2023"
Halt notes are not editable.

It is not necessary to add Experimental basis. Lot's of time I have seen. Including duronto halt at surat. Vande Bharat halt at borivali. Just update wef & date. Enough
