I don't think that there is any misuse. Case was filed timely and everything is going according to process. They have collected sufficient evidences then after only they have arrested him.

Even UP CM Mayawati was called for CBI enquiry once because law is above from all. These guys will not say anything about arrest cum kidnapping of Tajinder Pal Bagga. That was genuine use of power.

I m not talking about this particular thing but talking generally that every govt slightly mis use power for their benefits..
However in above case already court sent him for remand that simply means there is enough thing by CBI to prove his presence in scam thats why court took the decision..
