LD UBL BAY section is already FEDL and not even a single train does even 55kph average speed there.

Election time in Karnataka and other states so this kind of jhumla is evident
Sab short distance passenger train hai Mys ka joh smet jata hai with complex RSA. Woh sab jayega.
MPS is too low i don't think trains exceed 90kph on most of the route. They should upgrade this section MPS too. Also average speeds of trains is same as it was during single line days so what's the benefits of track doubling to passengers then ?
