Is it possible to cover - Up ......... New Delhi - Mumbai & New Delhi - Howrah distance to cover up in 12/13 * hours ?

Not exactly New Delhi - Mumbai, but Bandra -Nizamuddin has been covered in similar time (13 hrs) by BDTS -NZM rajdhani spl in push -pull mode. But that also on maximum days, arrived late by 10-15 mins at destination. On paper its possible, but on tracks, unless MPS is increased, doesn't seem so.
