Can't we have on board House keeping on each and every trains... I just travel on 12166 from BSB to TNA in S13, coach... it was the most worst coach in my travelling history with IR.
some of the trains do have it, I think vaishali is having it... dont know about the others but its a good suggestion anyways...
apart from these... there should be Mobile charging facility on each compartment.
actually in new coaches its already there, the problem is with old coaches, railways can facilitate it as and when the coaches go for POH...
