There are some sheds like BNDM, Erode, VSKP etc.. where ELS & DLS both hold e-locos.
But in IRI if we have to add ED (DLS) wap 4, we have to add it under ED WAP 4.. which is wrong as we are tagging it to ED (ELS) WAP 4.

It will result in more spamming of Locos.
If some member who does not know much detailed info about the Loco, what he knows is just Shed nd Loco no., then tagging wrong category btwn ELS nd DLS will result in unnecessary spam.

It will not result in spam. May be if he does it wrong once he can be told and from next time he doesn't do this mistake
But once the wrong loco is entered into the IRI database, it will be shown in search results as well.
