For Bilaspur Division Officers and Engineers, it's heaven here as there's a lot of money. But for the Running staff like TTEs, Loco pilots, Guards, they get no respect and are treated like animals. They make them work like slaves. Recently, a running room was built next to the coal washing plant in Gatora but when the loco pilot association protested in front of the DRM office, they were suspended instead. Khongsara station is located in the middle of a jungle on the Katni line where there's also a running room. And the current DRM was previously a divisional engineer in Bilaspur, then went to NFR and now came back after paying a lot of money from SECL and MCL.
