No administrative reason for Daytime Travel to Guwahati (most of them would take overnight train to arrive early and leave in night), Tourists from Guwahati (or who come to Guwahati) won't choose those Shatabdi Trains because of late night arrival at Destination City. Same will happen to this proposed Vande Bharat if it gets afternoon departure from Guwahati.
So for even a slight chance of success, Morning Departure from Guwahati is absolutely essential.
Let's be honest, if this route isn't able to sustain a Premium Train in NFR, no route ever will.

Guwahati afternoon departure ka problem hai ki tourists ise chunege nahi, ye normal hotel check-in time se bahut aage jaati hai kyunki raat mein train pahunchti hai. Guwahati ke Shatabdi trains ke saath bhi kuch aisa hi hua. Din ke samay Guwahati ki yatra ke liye koi administrative wajah nahi hai (unme se adhikansh raat ko pehunchne aur raat mein nikalne waale tourists hai), Guwahati se aane wale tourists (ya jinke paas Guwahati aane yaha jaane ka mauka hai) usi wajah se Shatabdi trains nahi chunege kyunki wo raat ke late pahunchte hai.
