Okay, here's the truth - Railway employees don't give a damn about their job like us railfans do. They're just there for the money and don't really care about what's going on. They only find out about what's happening in the industry through the newspapers. Honestly, railfans are way more passionate than these guys. I know this for a fact because I've worked with a bunch of railway organizations like DFCCIL, IDRS-CRIS, Hind ICD, IR, RDSO, IRCTC and even CONCOR. The employees are just there to make a quick buck and aren't really knowledgeable about the numbers.
