Don't you all think, it should have an halt at Mathura Junction for the slack it has been provided with in-between Gwalior and Agra.?
Also despite considering the Mathura halt it can be speeded-up by 10 to 15 mnutes to be the fastest Vande bharat.

No. There is not much need to add Mathura halt. It'll slow down Agra - Hazrat Nizamuddin run. VB should be faster than Gatimaan by at least 2 minutes.

Agar MTJ halt dena bhi hoga IR ko toh woh Gatiman ka dega shayad, VB ka stops minimum hi rakha jayega
