Yes....38 Cr fund will be utilised from 2022-23 umbrella work fund by SER.
But this 5 Cr fund is only for Khana-Bowaichandi and other route.

previously one express is proposed from howrah to bankura via this route.. Most probably it will extended to Adra in future..
