NR LKO is the worst division you can imagine. Pata nahi kitne saalon se BSB ki remodelling kar rahe hai, they've taken all the lines connecting BSB and LKO so they can have all the revenue which comes from freight and stuff. If you would've visited BSB - JNU - FD - LKO line 1 - 2 years back, you might've realised how idiotic zone is LKO NR. Is se achha FD line ko NER ko de dete. All the stations of NER are well maintained and all the district headquaters have primary maintenance facilities, whereas JNU an A grade station of LKO NR looks like it's a station of 60s or 70s.
