They need better traffic management imo. Punctuality on other coal rich areas like the Coal India Corridors are now far better inspite of having much more track utilization, single lines with lower mps and below par signalling systems...
Raipur mai kaam chal raha hai track interlocking ka. Bahut si trains ko sarona aur urkura ke beech ki bani bypass se nikala Jaa raha hai. Vande Bharat shayad isliye aaj late Hui ho
