More than 2.7 crore passengers could not travel by train in 2022-23 despite buying tickets because of being waitlisted.

but they should know, that Indian Railway made to give good service cheap cost to poor peoples.
bcoz 90% poor still travelling in SL/GS class

not only poor but well earning peoples are suffering it. a common working person is paying 12 service charge and 60 cancellation charge with no ticket in hand.
And most important, they reduce Sl class by 60% in most of the trains.
Again i am saying, so much hype for Vande Bharat exp, but realty is entirely different.
