Yhi hota h bhai...yha pr to NWR trains ki timings ko compromise krna pdta hai...but NR ki trains ka bhi same haal hai yha, look at NR's shalimar weird timings in NWR.
Same goes for WR...if PNU Madar rewari becomes 130 mps...then kya WR apne zone mei change krega timings...ya NWR ko compromise krk khud ki trains ko weird timings dena pdega.
