Kindly consider operating express trains from Mumbai to Madgaon via Vashi-Panvel to save time and distance
Not possible.
1. There is no rail connect from Panvel suburban to Main lines
2. CSMT to Panvel via Vashi is Harbour line suburban corridor and not meant and not designed for long distance trains.

it can happen considering VB is also Train set. This will cut a huge amount of traveling distance.. Why railway did not considered while designing this rail line ? any idea
At Panvel there is no crossover from the suburban lines to Main Express line towards ROHA/KJT
but i guess railway station is same ? then it can be developed with in days ?
