When it comes to infrastructure, Dhanbad is beyond embarrassing. You talk of hospitals brother, I say even basic amenities like water and power are severely lacking. You are talking about the second largest city in JH with the highest GDP contribution in the state. But what are the people and the representatives doing ?

airport scheme, in UDAAN, my friends told me that there was a twitter trend or something. It is actually embrrassing. People here will take up flights at Andal, everybody knows that. Instead of growing everybody had their heads somewhere else here.
Anyways, I have long stopped believing that ECR was the villian here.
However I still disagree with your points regarding the diversion of the aforementioned trains. The diverted route is around 15-20 kms longer and the time taken will roughly be the same. It won't have any effect on the overall TT of the above mentioned trains.
