It is high time SWR train starting from SWR's Bagalkot going upto SWR's Mysore is realigned as MYS SUR via SBC GTL BAY GDG BJP BGK.
In that slot, a new SBC KLBG BIDR SF can be run by SCR.

Kalburgi upto Wadi comes under Central railway Solapur Division.
There're plans to bring it under SWR. But it may add more issues to Mumbai Chennai/ Hyderabad traffic due to addition of one more zone enroute. Even Bangalore Kalaburagi cannot be a continuous SWR area, as DMM to Wadi is with SCR.
I feel KLBG Division under SCR can be a better option. Anyway SCR SC division is more than 1300 kms long. When realignment takes place, 600+ kms can come under new Kalaburagi division. Also geographical continuity will be there.

Yes. If WADI to KLBG is attached SCR, seamlessly one can have Bangalore Bidar train via KLBG. Kalyana Karnataka Region gets a good overnight to state capital Bangalore.
Now Bidar has to depend on a single train of SWR. Bidar has good maintenance facilities, and so SCR can run a BIDR SBC train via KLBG. For this to happen, WADI KLBG should be with SCR.

CR and SCR can swap WADI-KLBG and AK-AKOT sections which would be mutually beneficial.
