There should be a balance of all types of trains and not just VB. There is no year in the past 9 yrs where hardly 25 new rakes are put into service only increase in coaches to max length. Like the subsidies removed LPG and petrol diesel Modi govt should have increased fares of GS and SL gradually to bridge the gap of operating expenditure breakeven which they haven't done in past 9 yrs though they have good majority. The pricing of 3ACE is a blunder mistake which ideally should be a GR fare between SL and 3AC .
