So, you are actually asking about smartphone, right? As I already mentioned, have never done it, so no idea. Smartphone screen size is much smaller and that's why I always prefer to use my PC while I am online in IRI.
But I am sure that there are many TLMs out there, who regularly create TL updates using smartphones. They will be able to help you.
