Railways should do the same to SECR as well, immediately!! And also, concerning the derailment, there was a similar incident with 12649 KSK Exp. However, due to the alertness of the driver, accident was averted. SWR GM warned railway board, however, I don't know how much attention was given to this incident. Now, who all should resign in this aspect? I feel like this GM was replaced as a scapegoat, however, I am not fully aware of this person's record while being a SER GM.
In short, a massive failure. Whenever Madamji used to go somewhere for inspection literally thousands and lakhs were the order of expenditures incurred for just breakfast and lunch, for her and her entourage. The safety record in her tenure was an all time low, derailments becoming an almost daily occurrence!
