Political pressure has its limit too. If Sonipat MP raises demand then Bhiwani-Mahendragarh and Rohtak MP's will surely poke their nose into it.
Bhiwani and Rohtak are desperate for 14795 despite knowing the fact that they can't beat Delhi(DEE in case of 14095/96) in terms of pax. I bet even Sonipat(towards CDG & DEE) alone has more pax than Rohtak and Bhiwani put together but still when there are 2 MP's vs 1 MP, government will listen to 2.

People in Kalka, Chandigarh, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala will prefer a train to Delhi any time any day of the year i.e. Himalayan Queen(than the current one 14795). So people in these cities will have to raise demand with their MP's along with Sonipat MP(which becomes 4 MP's vs 2 MP's). I'm sure governement will listen to it.
Rohtak and Bhiwani can be given a connecting Passenger/MEMU/DEMU train as most of the people travelling on this route do so in unreserved coaches (as evident from current ticket booking trends).
