if you can zoom in check what's written on the rake .. IR or NR ? this will resolve your problem of Rake identification.
Secondly .. if it is an VB 1.0 rake then , the CC coaches should not have blue colored seats. in VB 1.0 seats are brownish in color with pink and slaty head rests.. Just check yourself to comment :) , as it it not visible to me in the video very clearly...

then it might be the rake which was used for trial runs on jbp section.. earlier deployed at Kota Jn .. may be .. udz/kot nzm or any other popular VB route from delhi is on the way...

Yeah ! + 160 kmph between Mathura and NZM !
Stop at MTJ , SWM , Kota , COR !!! Would be good enough … travel time less than Rajdhani till Kota is achievable …
