The train 11025/11026 PUNE-BSL-PUNE is partially cancelled for decongesting the IGP-KYN, PNVL-KJT-LNL-KYN-PNVL section which have been encountering severe path constraints resulting in punctuality issues to other trains in the Ghat section.
Presently, 11025/11026 PUNE-BSL-PUNE running between BSL-IGP with MEMU rake as temporary measure.

UPDATE: MY Appeal Got A Reply. Have a look
On going through the remarks received from the department it is seen that, Previous reply given stands good since it passes through both critical ghats of Igatpuri – Kasara (IGP-KSRA) and Karjat – Lonavala (KJT-LNL), which are having severe path constraints. Presently, this train is running between BSL-IGP with MEMU rake as temporary measure. At present 06 pairs of trains are running between Pune-Karjat station which are sufficient for present level of traffic. For serving BSL-PUNE end to end passengers, proposal has been...

There is no congestion if they would need to run trains to UP/Bihar but interstate connectivity ke liye jagah nahi hai
Booking upto PUNE and from PUNE resumed effective 01-Nov.
I could see reservation available for booking between BSL PUNE for travel journey from 01-Nov onwards
