She said about increase in seats. If they will remove double decker, seat will surely decrease, so I guessed LHB non AC double decker.
What if number of coaches increased? If not running with full capacity earlier, they will increase coaches and then claim seats increased
Will it increase or decrease over all seating capacity of each class?
