4-WAP4 Transferred from ET ELS to IZN DLS

So now ET doesn't hold WAP 4 now. Complete 3 phase ELS. 1 of the most well maintained P4 of IR
ET WAP 4 will always remain special in my heart. Me and many RFs here named them and address them as EKLAVYA. There was a time when atleast 1 train from each of the zone has ET P4 as regular link for complete or some part of their route.
