This is the minimum time provided to passengers not TTE .

I have travelled for 10 times in Vskp BZA from July22 to Jan 2023 in Janmobhoomi express with GS reserved I have not encountered the TTE coming and checking the ticket even for distances of 200km and couldn't spot him in my 3.5-4 hrs journey. Inspite of providing tab the TTE took difference of fare of ACC from me and didn't issue me a receipt and noted down the seat number in a piece of paper and there are two more travellers who sat in empty seats beside me.
That is another thing but we need to move ahead towards stopping corruption
