First it was announced in 2015 railway budget then the junior rail minster Manoj Sinha announcement in too along with jhajha ddu third line too and I guess 900 CR or may be 600 cr was alloted for Dhn sonnagar third but since then not a single work for that started.Projects in IR stuck unnecessary if then the work could have been started then it could have operational.
This line is most likely the Dhanbad-Patratau-Garhwa Road-Sonnagar line.

Yaah...3rd line is really very important...if the work would have started that time, it would have been completed by today and the dhn-ddu section would have been of three lines.
