They've been talking about creating a new railway division for over 15 years, but nothing's happening. It would make more sense to include the Wadi Kalaburagi section in the SCR GTL division, it's only 37 kms. When they create new divisions in the country, they could just split KLBG division from SCR SC & GTL divisions and attach it to SCR. Both those divisions are way bigger than the required 600-700 kms. If KLBG is under SCR, trains from Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad to Pune/Mumbai won't need any extra changes. It's a simple decision that can be easily done.

Wadi Kalaburagi section ko SCR GTL division mein shamil karwane ke liye maang karna behtar hai (sirf 37 kilometer).
Jab naye divisions desh bhar mein banai jaati hain, toh KLBG division ko SCR SC & GTL divisions se alag karke SCR ke saath joda ja sakta hai. Dono divisions 600-700 kilometer ke criteria se almost double size mein hain.
Agar KLBG SCR ke tahat hai, toh Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad se Pune/Mumbai ki trains ke liye koi aur zone change nahi hoga.
Yeh bahut hi simple decision hai jo aasani se implement ho sakta hai.
