PF4 at NLR is closed towards BZA side due to subway extension from around 2 months ago.. Only god knows when they gonna reopen.. It might be the reason for not operating Pinakini till NLR..
even I doubt how they gonna run VSA with existing 3 PFs at NLR.. They cannot park at PF2&3 as they are mainlines.. PF1 doesn't have path for trains to enter from BZA side
