If a TATKAL (Chair Car) ticket does not get confirmed... Can i travel in 2S - Second Sitting with this ticket ????? Please guide me..!! Thanks in Advance..!!

So with that same ticket i can travel in 2S i nthe same train ??????????
No need to cancel, if it is WL position after chart preparation. It will be cancelled automatically and your money will refunded to your account in 3 days
One More thing -- Prior to what time the charting will be done ??
