What will the response among the passenger if railway start and new VANDE BHARAT from KATIHAR JN to SEALDAH... PM at kir and early morning departure from KATIHAR JN... And late night somewhere around 9 pm return back.... Will this train will be a hit or not because it will necame the first VANDE BHARAT for both KATIHAR AND SEALDAH...
this is not a rant against any state but Bihar does not deserve many premium trains including vande bharat given its socio development index. Most of its people are settled in mumbai banglore and chennai and other places and the those few who remain cant afford such trains regularly to justify the service. Only those who visit their hometowns once in while will use this service.
For most railfans, it is only a prestige issue or a political issue and cannot think practically.
