Hi folks, anybody from Jaipur, please suggest me some budget hotels for single person near the station. If he deboards from Vande Bharat Express at 22:30, what are the options?

Lot more cheaper & better options present than RTDC. After exiting the station through PF 1 side, you will find hotels, cheap as well as budget. Check out those. Or else, on an e-rickshaw, pay rs 10 & go to Sindhi Camp (Main bus stand of Jaipur) (just 10 mins walking distance from station). Many hotels as are present there too.
Or you can try IRCTC dormitory on 1st floor of PF 1 too. Good enough private cubicle with a door. Don't take rooms here though, you'll get better outside in similar or less price.

I liked RTDC Swagatam, Rate was Rs. 750 for Single Bed Non AC room, Rs. 1000 for Single Bed AC Room. Back in 2014
In that rate one can get much better rooms just nearby RTDC Swagatam. I too have stayed for Rs 1500-1600 (incl tax) around in AC room in 2019 twice, but after that I got 10 times better property just nearby in same price like Sarovar Hotel's Nirwana Hometel (booked on Goibibo) (rates may vary now). Actually maintainance is not good at RTDC. Still have that dabba TV, inefficient window ACs. Now many properties are available in Sindhi camp area. Online, one may get a very good deal, like I got.
