VSKP els needed 28 more WAP7 locos for running Bhubaneswar Tejas Rajdhani Express & other perimum trains like Puri shatabdi Express
Odisha Samparkranti Express Duronto Express and more 52 units of VSKP wap7 not enough for pulling other perimum ECoR trains & normal Mail express still ECoR facing shortage of WAP-7 that reason they used wag-9 or offlink wap 7 or wap 4 on some of mail exp and super fast express also VSKP can't able manage alone in entire ECoR zone so ECoR need to demand wap 7 for ANGUL shed then ECoR may be balanced as well ANGUL shed recently getting some wag 9 Locos
