You both were saying correct, actually 12183/84 was old train running between BPL and LKO, later 12193/94 BPL-PBH Weekly was introduced (hence Amitesh said new train), and in 2011-12 12183/84 was extended to PBH making 2 trains running between BPL and PBH 12183/84 and 12193/94 and in 2012-13 12193 got merged into 12183/84 making it a tri weekly train.
And 12193/94 number was given to JBP-YPR the next year when it was introduced.
