Can anyone give me info I have filed a tdr for my pnr number 6853229618 because the train was delayed by more than three hours but in status it is showing as cr repudiated can anyone say why and how can I claim my refund now please give some info it was an 3rd ac ticket

Yes, you will get refund in that case.
As the rule says, train has to be more than 3 hrs late, technically, if you file TDR within 3 hrs of the scheduled departure, you will definitely get refund. As the delay increases, you get more time in filing your TDR.
