Yes this CC should be implemented for all Humsafar. They can charge flexi fare for SL with better fare recovery.
why they chose BME with destination for both trains ?
one as BME is fine. other could be any other place.

There was a demand from BME mp that they want daily train. So WR shut them down by this biweekly humsafar as they proposed, so that no more demand comes from that area
Is time table ka Matlab yahi hua ki Barmer ki ek weekly train ko cancel karke doh weekly trains di gai hai.
