May be to pacify GTL ppl to not to ask for kcg-ypr VB rerouting

Ballari does not have any good train to Bangalore in day time. But running a VB will be a miserable failure.
Better to run a HPT BAY GTL SBC Intercity with following TT:
HPT 0600 BAY 0700 GTL 0815 DMM 1030 YNK 1220 YPR 1245 SBC 1300. SBC DEP 1415 DMM 1700 GTL 1900 BAY 2010 HPT 2130.

Thats 100 % its failure its election Gimmic but we need slot to reroute existing ICE in this slot with good time....
At GTL, after 0730 there is no train towards DMM/ SBC. Few odd crawler weeklies are there coming from GY side. So a SF ICE train can be there by 0815-0830 which can reach SBC by 1300.
Similarly, from SBC side after 1340 Prashanti, only one tri weekly Kondaveedu (a slow train) is there towards DMM. So, SF ICE can start by 1415-1430 overtake Kondaveedu at YNK and reach GTL by 1900.
Definitely possible, but SWR SCR should work together.

VB till HPT will probably work out good, because this is mainly targeted towards domestic and foreign tourists going to Hampi, rather than regular BAY HPT passangers.
