Kacheguda to Mauli Ali cabin mainline total 15km took 50mins to travel. This may be standard for all trains as the train is on move continously and had halt in Malkajgiri station. If the train goes to SC station and has Loco reversal then also it will take 50-60mins so there is no benefit of cut in running time and only convenience of railway operations at Secunderabad.

This section has a maximum speed of 15kmph...and this section is mostly built in high residential area on elevated track with nullahs and lakes...there was 2 incidents when trains collided into residential homes maybe since then this speed limit came

did doubling of lines in Hyderabad city zone with the help of state government only but zero planning..they asked 600 crores of infrastructure around Hyderabad but due to thier poor planning all 900 crores are wasted

They planned quadrapling between maulali to ghatkesar which is outside city limits and mere 2 stations...but not inside City limits ie between secunderabad maulali which is inside core city and every trains stops hours because lack of quadrapling and extra platforms...
I guess no metro city in India lacks quadrapling lines except Hyderabad

They planned doubling bw sitaphalmandi malkajgiri maulali bypass but they delayed it so much there is zero progress since 10-15 years...this bypass runs on single line and has 15kmph speed limit inside core city

They completed phase 1 of mmts between secunderabad lingampalli without quadrapling or crossing station...

They are building fancy building for secunderabad station but there is no proposal or atleast talk of extra platform or a suburban terminal complex.... secunderabad badly needs a suburban complex for city zone trains..and secunderabad has a lot of railway land almost between secunderabad to cherlapally everything is railway land
