when will the old stinking and rattling rakes of chennai rajdhani express be upgraded to new LHB coaches?
Because of unmindful introduction of Durontos(Mamata's pet project), in various routes the LHB rakes are directed to be used for them. This has led to the shortages of LHB rakes for Rajdhanis. My guess would be that no more than half of the 18 pairs of Rajdhanis have LHB rakes.
Chennai Raj would get LHB rakes ultimately.
