This train reaching 10min early to RKMP, & given 1min halt to NGP from 5min halt. (Why IR neglect NGP for this train... Starting technical halt & now 1min halt given). No change end to end timings.

That's why I said NGP will take care of halt. They will not allow any train to move before 10 mins halt.
