The departure time of 04:25hrs should be delayed by at least 2 hours. :P
My coach was at the back end (cantt side), we got out of the auto near that end, there were escalators, but the lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. Luckily, my coach was right next to the stairs and even with heavy luggage, it was a bit of a struggle.
There are steel frames to climb onto the upper berths, my mother had some trouble, but since we both had upper berths, we decided to stick to our seats for a peaceful sleep.
(The vacancy chart says the passenger with the lower berth will board from Jabalpur at 1400 hrs. I'm happy to sit then.)
