1) Seems Charminar extension to cape agreed by both zones. Railway board has to give the necessary approval.

Sambar is SR's train ! I do not know if they wil be changed. Charminar is SCR's prestigious train. I highly doubt they will agree to shift Charminar to SR.
Also if they have to change the PM , then CAPE falls under TVC div (not TN) so we can assume already Charminar would be stolen by Trivandrum division to run upto Kochuveli lol ! Kerala is meant for stealing good trains and giving bad train like Ernad to NCJ
