Why are we only blaming the ministers and not the bureaucrats and other officials involved? And let's be real, resigning is just an easy way out to avoid taking responsibility and actually fixing things. Like seriously, why are we even having a debate about government versus private? If Indian Railways wants to outsource some tasks to private players, that's cool, but they need to make sure they follow proper procedures when issuing and awarding tenders. And the Railway officials better keep a close eye on these private parties to ensure they're actually doing their job right. Because we all know, in government, it's usually the lower-level staff or ministers who are made scapegoats for failures, while the bureaucrats and other top officials get away scot-free.

Aur hum sabhi jaante hai ki sarkar mein jo bhi failure hota hai, us mein mostly lower level staff aur mantri hi doshi ghoshit kiye jaate hai, jabki bureaucracy aur dusre senior adhikariyo ko aksar mukt kar diya jaata hai.
