Why Trains starting yesterday are running Late in DDU-BSB-LKO Section?

Due to north east express incident, there have been few strict orders given to each division in which it's clearly mentioned to kindly work upon those tracks which are not good enough to handle the rush as much as they're handling & due to that strictly given instructions by drm Lucknow each of the intermediate headquarters have now started doing a deep scrutiny of the track as GM Northern railway will anytime pay a visit to jaunpur for the scrutiny & at that very moment he'll check the whole track condition along with speed trial on bsb zbd track
Abhi bhi train struggle kar rahi hai. I feel ek Bsb bypass banana chahiye
1.varanasi junction yard remodelling complete nahi hui hai
2.Pair train pahle se hi late chal rahi hai.
3.jaunpur jn -jaunpur city cord line block ki vajah se train delay ho rahi hain, kuch to diverted hai .
4. varanasi jn par 3,4(abhi closed),6,7,8,9pf abhi complete taiyar nahi hue hai
